A Rede Globo veicula a partir do dia 20 uma campanha para homenagear o aniversário de 60 anos da TV no país. O filme, que traz a frase usada em toda a campanha para comemorar a data, “60 anos da TV no Brasil: aberta, plural, gratuita”, mostra a influência da TV na integração nacional e no desenvolvimento cultural e econômico do Brasil.
A criação da campanha, que conta também com veiculação de peças em mídia impressa, é da Central Globo de Comunicação. A produção do filme é da Ciranda Filmes, com direção de Sergio Glasberg, que assina o seu primeiro trabalho pela casa. A trilha da Nova Onda.
